Yes I did remember the date! (but it has taken me all day to remember my password!)
Great to see the triple landing pic again - thanks for posting! - memories of a bittersweet day at LHR, or to be more accurate, just outside the perimeter fence! |

First to Fly the A380 on board the
First A380 Commercial flight from Singapore to Sydney and back to Singapore SQ380 Singapore to Sydney 25 October 2007 SQ380 Sydney to Singapore 26 October 2007 with my birthday party on the second flight. 
The triple BA Concorde landing at Heathrow 6 years ago? I was certainly there too. 
Two great events in Aviation History on the same day.

Torrential rain here all day yesterday (and of course we spent much of the day outdoors at a football game). I'd like to believe the sky was crying in
recognition of the date.

"Just raining"? More like "pouring buckets." But watching the drunk students mudsliding down the grassy hill at the one end of the stadium
was funny, anyway (and more entertaining than the game); look above the player closest to the camera.
