Yup, that's about the only video I've ever seen. You can tell it was being rebroadcast by the "FOX" logo in the lower right corner-FOX are an
American TV network who were founded around 1988 or 1989 (their first major program of note being "The Simpsons"). So it's a much older video
that they picked up somewhere.
